Storage

Available in HARP Proxy CEDocumentation

Because all setups are not equivalent, we provide various storage options to fit your needs.

We're strong believers that a good system should not ask for a PhD in computer science to be used. That's why by default, without any configuration, HARP will start using a no setup in-memory storage.

For production setups, you should switch to a more reliable, persistent and performant storage engine. We provide two main options: fully SQL-based storage (easier to setup, with our test suite running against PostgreSQL, MySQL and MariaDB), and a mixed SQL/NoSQL storage (harder to setup, but uses Redis as a backend for content-addressable data, including the HTTP cache content).
